This policy explains what personal data Bali Photo Spot collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect only what we need to arrange your session:

• Your name
• Your contact details (WhatsApp number and/or email address)
• The hotel or villa you are staying at, and your requested date and time
• Session details: package, number of people, type of shoot, and any notes you add

When you pay, the payment itself is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Our website also records basic technical information — such as pages viewed and the advertising click that brought you to the site — so we can understand which of our advertisements work. To show prices in your currency, your browser fetches the day's exchange rates from a public rates service; no personal information is sent with that request.

Why we use it

• To check availability, confirm your booking and arrange the session
• To contact you about your booking, including on WhatsApp
• To deliver your online photo gallery
• To process payments and refunds
• To keep records required for accounting and tax

We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• the photographer assigned to your session;
• our payment provider, to process your payment;
• the hotel or villa, where they require your name to permit the session;
• authorities, where the law requires it.

Your photographs

Photographs of you are personal data as well as creative work. As set out in our Terms & Conditions, we may show images from your session in our portfolio and social media — but if you tell us before the session that you would rather we did not, we will not publish them. You can also ask us to take published images down at any time.

Messaging on WhatsApp

Most of our communication happens on WhatsApp. Those messages are held in your and our WhatsApp accounts and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

• Booking and contact details: up to 2 years after your session.
• Payment and accounting records: as long as Indonesian tax law requires.
• Photo galleries: available for download for 30 days; we keep archive copies of our own work unless you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using your photographs. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We limit access to your data to the people who need it to deliver your session. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

We photograph children only with a parent or guardian present and consenting. Data about children is treated the same way as the rest of the booking, and we will not publish images of children if a parent or guardian asks us not to.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
