These terms apply to every photography and videography session booked with Bali Photo Spot ("we", "us"). By confirming a booking you agree to them.

1. Our service

We provide on-location photography and videography sessions in Bali. Our photographer travels to your hotel, villa, or an agreed location. Packages, inclusions and prices are listed on our website and are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Amounts shown in other currencies are a guide only.

2. Booking and confirmation

• You send a booking request through our website or WhatsApp with your package, date, time and location.
• We reply, usually within the hour, to confirm availability and any travel surcharge, and send a secure payment link for the full amount together with your photographer and the plan for the session.
• We hold the requested slot for 12 hours after sending the payment link. If payment has not cleared by then, the slot may be released.
• Your booking is confirmed as soon as your payment clears, and your slot is reserved from that moment.
• In the rare case we cannot cover a session you have paid for, we will tell you promptly and you may choose an alternative time or an immediate full refund.

3. Payment

• The full package price is payable through the payment link we send when we confirm your booking.
• All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your card or bank details.
• Add-ons requested on the day of the session are invoiced afterwards.

4. Location, access and extra costs

• Travel is included within our standard areas: Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Ubud and Sanur. Locations outside these areas carry a travel surcharge of Rp 400,000–800,000, agreed before confirmation.
• Entrance fees, parking and any location permits are not included and are paid by you.
• Some hotels, villas and venues restrict outside photographers or charge a fee for photo shoots. It is your responsibility to confirm that your property permits the session and to pay any such fee; tell us where you are staying and we will help check.

5. Delivery of photos and video

• Edited images are delivered through an online gallery within 3 to 5 days of the session. Pre-wedding and elopement galleries are delivered within 2 weeks, and full wedding days within 4 weeks.
• Same-day delivery (within 24 hours) is available as a paid add-on.
• The number of edited images stated in your package is the number delivered. We select and edit the images, and you also receive the raw files from your session.
• Website offer: sessions booked through baliphotospot.com (online form or WhatsApp) include 10 extra edited photos at no charge, on top of the number stated in your package.
• Galleries remain available for download for 30 days. Please download and back up your files within that period.

6. Changes, cancellation and weather

7. Image rights and usage

• Copyright in all images and video remains with Bali Photo Spot.
• You receive an unlimited personal-use licence: printing, sharing and posting on personal social media.
• Commercial use of the images requires our written permission.
• We may use images from your session in our portfolio, website and social media. If you prefer that we do not, tell us before the session and we will not publish them.

8. Your conduct and safety

You are responsible for the safety of your group during the session, including children. Our photographer may pause or end a session if a location becomes unsafe; where that happens we will reschedule the remaining time at no extra charge.

9. Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or another cause beyond our control that prevents delivery, our liability is limited to a full refund of the amount you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as travel or accommodation costs.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
